    Up until about 5 years ago I would have an average of 3 colds per year. Adding Amla Plex to my daily routine has not only assisted my immune system in many ways but has, I believe, kept me from having even 1 real bout with a cold or flu in the last five years.   • Masking the taste? at 3/19/12 9:52 PM
    • I am a relatively picky eater, and my naturopath has prescribed this paste for me, and I admit, it is a really difficult taste for me to get down. It's not terrible, but it is very strong. Do you have any suggestions for ways to either mask it, or dilute it to make it a little easier to get down?
    • Hello - I recommend mixing in a few ounces of water with a touch of honey or maple syrup - or a touch of lemon - or plain water. I do not recommend juice. AmlaPlex is worth taking! :) Best Dr Ben
