What does Angiostop do?

1. Inhibits RTKs: vascular endothelial growth factor receptor (VEGFR), epithelial growth factor receptor (EGFR), platelet derived growth factor receptor (PDGFR), fibroblast growth factor receptor (FGFR)
2. Inhibits angiogenesis – stops new blood vessel formation
3. Induces apoptosis – cuts off nutrient and blood supply to tumors

Angiostop's effect on the vascular endothelial growth factor receptor (VEGFR) is most important because it stops angiogenesis, cutting off nutrient and blood supply to the tumor. Angiostop also inhibits EGFR (epidermal), PDGFR (platelet-derived), and FGFR (fibroblast), for a broad-spectrum inhibitory effect. Adding this supplement to one’s existing therapy will produce a synergistic effect.

Angiogenesis involves 3 main stages: proliferation, migration and tube formation. Studies show that Angiostop significantly inhibits all 3 stages. In Figure 1 of the PDF file linked below, HMEC migration is visibly reduced with Angiostop.
