Where to get replacements? - Hello, The BioBrite Lumie Zip emits 2500 lux at 20 inches. The recommended time of usage will vary by individual, but it is suggested to start at 20 minute intervals. Record how far you were from the light and how you felt after each session and then increase or decrease your usage as needed.
