Kidney Chi for Various Urinary Disorders
Kidney Chi contains the herbs Rosa Laevigata, Lygodium Japonicum, Smilax china, Centella asiatica, and Plantago asiatica. It is effective in inhibiting different types of bacteria, including E. coli. When compared to Cephalexin, an antibiotic drug, Kidney Chi exhibited favourable results against the tested bacteria.
An in vitro study measured the minimum concentration of Kidney Chi needed to inhibit different types of bacteria compared to Cephalexin. Kidney Chi shows inhibitory activity against the bacteria Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus, E.coli, and Streptococcus as wella s on the fungus Candida albicans, the main cause of yeast infection.

Kidney Chi and Aspargus Extract for Kidney Stones
Some kidney stones exist in alkaline conditions (pH over 7.3). Questions on Chi's Enterprise Kidney Chi
- Gout at 6/8/12 3:46 PM
- Dr. Chi's Kidney Chi mentions being used for Gout. The Asparagus Extract warns it may cause Gout. Do these taken together offset potential gout? I have had mild cases a few times in the past 20 years or so. I would like to take the products to support the kidneys. Is it a problem if both are taken together? Thank you.

Chi Enterprises recommends taking only Kidney Chi for gout and kidney maintenance, and not to use the Asparagus Extract along with it.

- After I stop taking the Kidney Chi, how long will it remain in the body? Is there is any interference with maca (lipidium peruvianum/meyenii). -Thank you.
The sales team at Chi said that while every person's body if different, Kidney Chi is an all natural product and should be out of your system in 10-14 days. They thought there shouldn't be any issue or incompatibility with maca.
