  • I want it mostly for food prep (looking down) and reading, but my chin to clavical notch is only 3" and neck circumference is12"
    1) Will the regular size work for me or do I need a small?
    2) Is it washable?
    3) Can I sleep on it at night? What kind of a pillow would I use? What does it actually do for you when sleep?
    4) Will I still be able to wear earrings &/or ear phones?
    5) Does it make you sweat and get too hot?
  • Hello - The regular size Releaf Neck Rest should work well. The Releaf Neck Rest is washable. I recommend washing it and then letting it air dry. The Releaf Neck Rest is not intended for sleep. It is intended to be used while you are upright. I see no trouble wearing the Releaf Neck Rest at night but I do not think you will benefit from it nearly as much as you would while standing. You can easily still wear earrings and use your cell phone without any issue while wearing the Releaf Neck Rest. The material used in Releaf Neck Rest is actually quite breathable. Of course, on a hot day, it is nice to have nothing around your neck; however, the Releaf Neck Rest does allow air flow quite well. In health, Dr Ben

  • What is the THICKNESS of the material of the collar that surrounds the neck. I want something that will support my neck during the neck but is not as thick and bulky as the usual foam neck brace.

  • I had surgery last week and was put in a soft collar right after. Your product looks like it might offer more support. Do you recommend post surgery, or in place of a soft collar?
  • Hello - You may obtain the Releaf Neck Rest and show it to your doctor. I can see the Releaf Neck Rest being useful after you are out of the soft collar. I am not sure if it can take place of a soft collar. I wouldn't recommend it without talking to your doctor - and they will have to see it on you to make that call. Best Dr Ben

  • Use the large size, the regular size may chaf and become uncomfortable because it will be very tight.
