    Good size for my son's lunch bag and he loves it. I ordered it on Monday and received it on Thursday and he started to use it on Friday. I put it in a dish washing machine (non color bottle) and it doesn't leave any soapy smell -- his previous one (other brand) did. I'm glad I did the research before I bought it. I'm planning to buy another one for my daughter (she's been complaining the soapy smell from her other brand stainless steel bottle).

    I ordered a bunch of Klean Kanteen with this being the smallest for my nightstand. I am trying to be more environmentally friendly- always have a water bottle on the nightstand for those middle of the night thirsty moments...

    • can I put liquids in containter and freeze in freezer (for school lunches)?
    • Hi there! Klean Kanteen does not recommend freezing their water bottles as it can deform the bottle. I also do not recommend having people drink ice cold water. It is too much of a shock on the body and may cause cramping and indigestion. Cool water or cool beverages are fine - but ice cold is not recommended. If you'd like to freeze the liquids in your Klean Kanteen, it voids the warranty. I do know that people do it successfully and how they do it is by: - filling the Klean Kanteen two-thirds full. - laying the Klean Kanteen on its side in the freezer This way there is space in the Klean Kanteen. Space is needed as the water turns to ice. Hope this helps! Best Dr Ben
