Conjugated Linoleic Acid is a mixture of linoleic acid isomers with conjugated double bonds which occur naturally in dairy products and meat. Our CLA is derived from conjugated safflower oil, an omega-6 fatty acid important to human health. Short-term trials showed that CLA may reduce body fat mass and increase lean body mass in healthy overweight adults. Use caution in diabetics; may increase insulin resistance and glycemia.
