    • is it safe to combine dim with vitex. i have endometriosis. underwent surgery one and half year back but still have small cysts forming up. so can i combine 400 mg vitex with 100 mg dim per day.

      It depends on your estrogen levels.

      If your estrogen levels are elevated and your doctor is monitoring your estrogen levels, it is safe to take DIM and Vitex at the same time.
