Suggested Use
As a dietary supplement, one (1) capsule in the morning and one (1) capsule in the evening, or more as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Capsule may be swallowed whole, or opened and mixed into juice or water, or sprinkled over food such as yogurt or applesauce.

Warnings
Gas, constipation and thirst have been reported infrequently with use of this product. If you have a central venous catheter, please speak with your health care professional before taking Florastor, as very rare cases of fungemia have been observed. DO NOT take if you have a yeast allergy or if you are currently taking any antifungal products as they may inhibit the function of Florastor.
