    • I was hoping you could please give some insight into the use of Kaviance. I’ve read several things on phenibut, stating that one builds tolerance rapidly and it needs to be cycled on a weekly or daily basis, yet many reviews and directions on Kaviance itself don’t state this. Is the taruine and B6 making the difference? Or if you could just briefly share your expereince with Kavaince usage durations and if one needs to worry about tolerance/withdrawal with it.
    • I have not used Kavinace personally on a lot of clients. I offer it because some people find it works very well for them. I have not seen research on phenibut so I cannot say. Taurine and B6 are critical for neurotransmitter balance. I have not heard of tolerance or withdrawal from using Kavinace - but, again, my use with it is limited. Best Dr Ben
