I am suffering from acidity and bowel gas with slight pain in my right upper abdomen I was also diagnosed for polyp in galbladder what should be my remedy? Thanks

Sorry to hear that you have some pain.

Pain should be evaluated by your physician. There could be a blockage in your gall bladder causing the pain - or some other cause.

Mild gall bladder congestion is common and can be relieved by:

I am strangely hot all the time. I am a healthy 31 yo female who was on birth control pills for a couple of years for heavy periods and bad cramps. I did not like the risks and so I stopped taking them (I have been off them for more than 5 years now).

Question:

Is there a reason that Liquid D3 should not be taken by pregnant or lactating women? It is my understanding that taking up to 4,000 i.u. per day shows no adverse affects. Please let me know, as I would like to up my intake. I am currently taking the Pure Encapsulations Prenatal vitamins which provides 400 i.u. of D3. Thanks.

Hi Heather -

You may take the D3 in 4,000 IU to 5,000 IU doses when pregnant and lactating.

I recommend that you get your D3 levels checked now and again in 3 to 5 months.
