Dairy products taste so damn good.
However, my experiences with cow milk and dairy products are more harmful than beneficial - especially in those with health conditions.

- Hormones and antibiotics in cow milk.

I am not yet completely opposed to milk. Older children who are not allergic may benefit from organic milk. I find it necessary to educate and inform those who have health conditions.
Milk may be a foe of yours.
Remove dairy products from your diet for a week and see how you feel. If your fatique, digestion, acne, weight gain, arthritis, constipation or other condition improves, then consider removing dairy from your diet all together. It may be difficult at first to remove cow milk products from your diet but in time you may find that the benefits far exceed the inconvenience.
