As a Diabetic, What is the Best Way Manage Health to My Kidneys?
I am a diabetic and I have been taking asparagus extract and glucobalance hoping it will stop attacking my kidney valve and keep my circulation going.
I'm feeling good I have been taking these since January, 2010. I probably won't get my blood work done till August. They usually check my kidney once a year.
Is asparagus extract better than the kidney pills?
Thank you,

Hello Concerned about Kidneys,
The best way to manage health to your kidneys is to keep your blood sugar managed tightly within the normal ranges as much as you can.
Asparagus extract is a great product to take and so is GlucoBalance. I commend you on those choices.
I would add Rentone by Ayush Herbs as it protects your kidneys. Rentone contains Shilajeet which is known to help protect kidneys of diabetics.
As long as you maintain proper blood sugar balance, exercise a bit and maintain specific supplementation to protect your kidneys, your kidneys are more likely to remain healthy.
