I love this quote. It's simple and elegant.
It makes addressing the cause so obvious yet everyone is so quick to treat the symptoms.
Next time you get a headache, stop and think: "Why am I getting this headache?"
I can tell you it is not because you are deficient in Aspirin.
Consider the following as potential common causes of headaches:
- Dehydration
- Exposure to an environmental toxin such as carbon monoxide, car exhaust, fuel, formaldehyde
- Reading too long
- Working on the computer too long
- Incorrect prescription for your vision correction
- Quitting caffeine or lack of caffeine in those who drink lots of caffeine
- Lack of sleep
- Hungry
- High blood pressure
- Tight neck muscles
Those are some of the key players for headaches.
What causes your headaches and what do you do about them?
