Ever find yourself saying, "I wish I ________ because if I did that, I would not be ill today."
- Smoker?
- Heavy Drinker?
- Exposed to a lot of chemicals in your job?
- Don't sleep much?

- No exercise?
Your health is escaping you each day.
You don't know it but your body is doing all it can to repair and maintain with what you give it.
In time, your body will lack the necessary tools to repair and maintain. Once that hits, health exits.
I'm healthy now; but for the last two months, I have been grinding away at preparing HealthE Goods to be the best natural health information and product website out there. That's a big task.
Exercise has been lacking and so has hiking.
So - today - and here on out, I am going to exercise 20 minutes at least 3 times a week and hiking once a week.
I want to stay healthy. I know the value of health as I see and witness disease too often. It is not a welcome sight.
Healthy patients are a welcome sight.
