I'm a bit late catching on this band wagon but I thought I should throw in my 2 pennies.

There was a ton of craze, fear, mania - good ol' media - gotta love 'em.

I had an excellent organic spinach salad that night and then my wife came home and said, "Ben, you ate the spinach?! I told you yesterday that it was not safe to eat."

It pays to listen to your wife. :) Oops. I tend to multi-task and sometimes I'm too focused at the task at hand - so I missed the fact that if I ate that organic spinach, I would be on the can for 5-7 days with a solid bout of diarrhea.

I looked at Nadia and said - 'No worries, Nadia. We have all sorts of stuff here that will nip E. Coli in the butt - literally.'

I immediately downed the following:

1. Two acidophilus pills each containing 8 billion organisms
2. One tablespoon of Herbal Melange
