You want to lose 30 pounds?

Don't say today that you are going to lose 30 pounds.

Simply state that your long term goal is to lose 30 pounds and today you are not going to eat any food after 6:30 pm.

Do that for a week, get that habit established, then move on to the next way to lose 30 pounds.

"Today I am not going to eat any desserts. Instead, I am going to eat these amazing peaches."
