Dear Dr. Ben,

I am under the care of an orthopedic surgeon after I received a hairline fibula fracture and a midfoot sprain. He prescribed a non-weight bearing air cast.

I returned at two weeks for an x-ray. He said he can barely see the fracture and he will start partial weight bearing after 4 more weeks of non weight bearing.

In addition he said that the midfoot (tarsal) sprain may need surgery because the top of my foot was swollen on the first visit.

It still swells some when I don't elevate it enough. I am very complicit with his orders and am using Imflamyar by Heel, Moor Mud by Torf, supplements with bromelain, quercitin, tumeric, butchers broom, rutin, guta cola and boswellia.

Am I on the right track or do I need to add more supplements, such as your product Ligament Restore by Pure Encapsulations? I realize I may be taking too much stuff.
