So far with my cooked meals i am taking one pro-digestion, i noticed with a fatty meal which i dont digest it is harder on me, so would you advise to take 2 at that meal?
With a fatty meal, I recommend the addition of Taurine.
Taurine is a key component of bile which is made by the liver and goes into the gall bladder. Bile is released when there is fat in a meal. It is best to support the organ which makes the enzymes to digest fat rather then simply giving enzymes.
Many are taurine deficient and replenishing taurine stores is easy.
Simply take 1 capsule of Taurine with a meal containing fat. This should benefit your fat-digesting abilities immensely.
I do not recommend increasing the dose of Pro-Digestion given your sensitivity to strong enzymes.
