[quote:6s8ntlmy]40 or so years ago I was diagnosed with "spastic colon" which I have learned to live with. I have had 3 colonoscopies; in the first one a precancerous lesion was removed. In the second, 3 years later, everything was fine. In the most recent one, which was April 2009, there was a tiny, almost unnoticeable, benign polyp
removed. In the last few months my digestion feels terrible, I don't know what to eat. I feel pain when I sleep on my right side - arount the ileo cecal valve area - I pretty much stay away from wheat and gluten, have limited my grains extremely, do occasionally take whey protein in a smoothie (can't handle soy protein hardly at all), don't usually eat cheese, and the probiotic I have doesn't help the gas, bloating and occasional diarrhea and very skinny stools. What would you suggest?[/quote:6s8ntlmy]
