I have a friend dr. prescribed prednisone and 800 mg ibuprofen for lower back pain I have recommend she do a consult w/you but none available at this time.  What would you recommend for her.  Low back pain has gone down to foot on left side and it is not sciatica b/c no pain shooting down leg - just a pain that stays with her.  She can walk but with pain.  Also taking synthroid 120 mg - and generic for prozac .05 mg .  what would you recommend?
