This amino healthygoods is identical to the healthygoods powder we use in our custom amino acid formulas. It is bottled in powder form which allows for flexible dosing. Best if taken on an empty stomach or with a low protein meal. The bio-activating agents alpha ketoglutaric acid and vitamin B-6 (in the form of pyridoxal 5' phosphate) are included for optimal utilization.
