- I take alot of different vitamins and have for a long time.. I picked up the detox formula today... Can I just start taking it or should I know anything about it... I am not pregnant...I am a female 57 years old. If I start taking it what can I expect?
- Hello - This detox formula is quite good and you should not feel too many side effects from it. If you do feel more tired or 'off', simply take less. I highly recommend you take added Molybdenum with this as it has a lot of sulfur-containing nutrients in it which may cause you gas and bloating. http://www.healthegoods.com/molybdenum-liquid-mineral-7-2-fl-ounces-bottle-bodybio.html Consider taking 15 drops a day along with the Detox Formula to help process all the sulfur groups.
