To better reflect the dosages that were used in most clinical studies (600-1200 mg per day), GlyceroPhosphoCholine (GPC) has been reformulated to a 300 mg per capsule dosage, and is now available in a 60 count size (which yields 33% more GPC per bottle than the previous GPC product).

GPC (GlyceroPhosphoCholine) is a protective orthomolecular nutri­ent for the brain, kidneys, muscles, testes and other organs, and a water-phase building block for cell membrane phospholipids.
