  • I have nozzle block, shore throat, cold, voice problem, cough for the past three months. Presently Iam taking kali mur 6x along with dr.reckeweg R45 medicine. Now I will feel 25% comfortable. Past three months Iam taking this. My question is how much time i should take this medicine for complete cure? Is there any side effect for taking this medicine for long time?
  • Hello - I think you should adjust your protocol as having this for three months is too long. Go visit your doctor. All cell salts are very safe to take long term - there is no toxicity. Evaluate your diet for food allergies and also consider checking your vitamin D3 levels. Best Dr Ben

    Is it save to give it to the 10 month old baby ? He has running nose and ear infection for 2 weeks. Antibiotic didn't help , he took it for 10 days. What is the dose for this age?

  • I have been suffering with a deafness and buzzing and ringing in my ear which is driving me insane? I have started to take kali sulph and kali mur and have tried pulsatilla 30c< is it safe to take these together and for how long do i need to continue before the deafness improves?

    There wouldn't be an interaction between Kali Sulph and Kali Mur with Pulsatilla, but it is suggested to separate your intake of these by 15 minutes. We would suggest purchasing Skye Weintraub, ND's book "Natural Healing with Cell Salts" for recommendations of cell salt remedies which can be found at the link below.   • Dear Dr. Ben…
    I just found your website and started reading about cell salts. I am excited about the possibilities of living a better balance life.
    I am a sixty year old woman, who works in a stressful sedentary job. During the course
    of the day my body fills up or swells from my feet, ankles, legs, arm, breast and shoulder glands.
    Is there something I can take or do to relief this? I have been resting one weekend day a week
    to regulate and relief the heaviness in my body do to the filling up/swelling. This means that I stay
    in the bed all day to assist my body.
    Also I got a cold five weeks ago and I still have a cough and sometimes it feels like I am choking at the front of my lower neck. Is there help for this? Thank you for allowing me to ask. May you continue to have a wonderful life.

    What I really recommend for cell salt therapy is to obtain the Cell Salt Kit of 12 along with the book, Natural Healing with Cell Salts.

    Combined, these two tools are very powerful as you have all the tools needed for cell salt therapy.

    With the thyroid, I recommend more intensive nutritional support and then using cell salts as supportive therapy.

    Since the thyroid is linked to the adrenals in metabolism, I recommend using cell salts which support the adrenals:

    - Kali Phos 6x- Silicea 6x- Mag Phos 6x- Calc Phos 6x

    Those are the main four for maintaining and supporting healthy mind - reducing stress and anxiety is critical to a healthy thyroid.

    However, again, the thyroid needs more intensive nutritional and dietary support - as do the adrenals.

    Please work with your doctor to address both your adrenal and thyroid health.

  • My 19 year old cat is currently suffering from pancreatitis.
    The attack has left her suffering from feline anorexia, I believe through associated discomfort and stress from eating.
    Her hyperthyroidism is under control with medication, so too is her cystitis at the moment. she also has early signs of kidney disease.
    
    I am trying to get her to return to eating and my health shop suggested a New Era tissue salts remedy which contains:

    kali mur 6 x
    kali phos 6 x
    mag phos 6 x
    
    Do you think this is safe to try? I read that kali mur should not be given in cases of irritated stomach.
