Neti Pots
Neti Pots are used to irrigate the nasal passages, usually with a warm, salt water solution. Nasal irrigation was originally used in Ayurvedic medicine.
Neti Pots are excellent for reducing recurring sinus infections and eliminating sinus congestion, as well as providing relief for sinus congestion brought on by seasonal allergies. Others find they are less susceptible to colds when using a neti pot.
