    This homeopathic self-help book is fantastic. It is simple to understand and I was able to put this book into practice right away. There are 12 cell salts, each one replaces a different mineral in the body which in turn heals the body. It has a great index of different health problems and tells which cell salts to use for each. What's best about cell salts is how cheap and safe they are to use. (Posted on 2/11/13)
