  • Hi there, The filter removes or greatly reduces contaminants such as chlorine, cancer causing organic/chlorine compounds, bad odors, pesticides, herbicides, PCB's, lead, cadmium, organic arsenic, asbestos, micro-organisms (protozoa and cysts) such as cryptosporidium and giardia, and dozens of other lesser known organic contaminants. You will need to purchase the filter separately when buying the Undersink Adapter. • It now leaks....any suggestions for repair/warranty? at 4/6/12 12:55 PM
  • I purchased this under counter sink adapter in July 2009 (2.5 years ago) and it has been wonderful, EXCEPT now it is leaking all the time.
    
    Do you have warranty information about this item? I checked New Wave Enviro's Website and they do not have any information.
    
    Have you had any experience with it leaking and any recommendations for solving this problem other than starting over with a brand new kit?
