    • Do you mix the inositol poweder with water or do you sprinkle it on food?
    • Hello - You may do either. Inositol tastes sweet so you may: - mix in a bit of water, stir and drink - take directly by mouth and allow to dissolve which it does quickly - sprinkle on food but since it is sweet it will alter the taste Best Dr Ben
