Suggested Use
For aching muscles, stiff joints, and over-exercise, massage in Alpenol after opening pores with the hot, wet towel. For cold hands and feet and all-over aches and pains, add one teaspoon to a bath. For nasal congestion, rub between hands and inhale deeply or add to vaporizer. For sunburns and insect bites, apply topically.
Warnings
Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes, may cause temporary watering and discomfort. Do not ingest in undiluted form.

Me and my girlfriend use this sometimes after showers - especially useful when you are sore and need some relief. Best to use this after your pores are open. This formula is very potent - so you do not need much - it will clear up your sinuses and can help others around you breath as well.
I have also used this as a bathroom "air freshener" - just add less than a cap full to your toilet water - and it helps take away bad odors
The key here is not to use too much - it can get pretty intense, but it feels so good.
I haven't had any complaints about the Alpenol before and I live with 4 people in my house.

You don't find great products easily anymore. Alpenol is one of them. It is an ancient formula that works. I use it in humidifiers and in a hot bath when a family member is ill. It smells great and clears stuffiness right up. I rate it a 4 as it is very strong so dilute it. Do not apply it directly on skin without putting it in a bit of olive oil first. (Posted on 10/17/12)
