Seeking Health Saccharomyces Boulardii Microbial Support helps support the maintenance and restoration of normal gastrointestinal function for those experiencing diarrhea, dysentary, Inflammatory Bowel Disease or Irritable Bowel Syndrome. 60 veg caps
Saccharomyces Boulardii is a non-pathogenic probiotic yeast that is utilized to support normal gastrointestinal function during episodes of dietary and environmental stress.
Leading disrupters of normal gastrointestinal function:
Saccharomyces Boulardii is a microorganism that is unaffected by gastric acid and bile. This unique probiotic exerts its beneficial effects as it moves through the gastrointestinal tract. S. boulardii is unaffected by antibacterial agents, and therefore may be taken along with antibacterial antibiotics. Taking S. boulardii with antibiotics may reduce symptoms of diarrhea and prevent pathogenic organisms such as Candida albicans, H. pylori, and C.difficile from gaining a foothold. S. boulardii has been shown to reduce the body's inflammatory response in the intestines.
Saccharomyces Boulardii Microbial Support may be helpful in treating:
Saccharomyces Boulardii augments the intestinal absorption of D-glucose coupled with sodium that may enhance uptake of water and electrolytes during diarrhea. It increases stool concentrations of short-chain fatty acids that nourish colon mucosal cells. Saccharomyces Boulardii increases colonic populations of healthful bifidobacteria and reduces numbers of pathogenic bacteria.

Dr. Ben Lynch, founder and Chief Medical Officer of Seeking Health, is a naturopathic physician. While majoring in Cell and Molecular biology at the University of Washington, Dr. Ben took a trip through the South Pacific and Southeast Asia that changed his outlook on traditional medicine, and his life.
During this trip, Dr. Ben hiked through the forests, mountains and coasts of Tasmania, worked a cattle ranch in the Outback of Australia, and volunteered with Mother Theresa in Calcutta. He lived in Fiji with a family having no electricity or plumbing, experienced the Himalayan Mountains of Northern India, worked a fruit orchard in New Zealand, and returned to America with an impression of a different form of medicine than he had ever experienced with his mainstream medical education.
This profound experience led Dr. Ben to Bastyr University, and he studied the Mind-Body Connection, Environmental Medicine, Functional Medicine, and Epigenetics.
Dr. Ben saw the huge need for people to obtain foundational nutrients, and Seeking Health was born. Without foundational nutrients, biochemical dysfunction occurs and causes symptoms. Doctor after doctor and person after person do not understand the absolute requirement for our bodies to have the tools to maintain function.
“If one supports their bodily systems, especially their digestion and mental health, with pure, highly absorbable, well-formulated nutrients, the ability to remain healthy and vital significantly increases. We want your foundation rock solid and we provide the tools to do so.”
-Dr. Ben Lynch, founder of Seeking Health

I started using S.Boulardii after I was diagnosed with gastritis and H. Pylori. Taking S.Boulardii every day after dinner has kept my symptoms in check and eased my stomach pains.
I highly recommend this product.

This product is helping me beat down digestive inflammation that has been ongoing for over 2 years like nothing I have tried. I am no scientist and have no idea how it works. I am just thrilled I am enjoying some relief finally! Love it! Keep up the good work! (Posted on 10/17/12)
After my daughter was given Prednisone, to combat Poison Sumac in 2002, she was extremely sick for five years until a doctor determined that she had no good bacteria in her gut, but was consumed with bad bacteria.
He recommended that she take Saccharomyces Boulardii, because it combats the detrimental bacteria while replacing it with the beneficial bacteria. Though she will probably be on this probiotic the rest of her life, we are so grateful to say that her health has completely returned. She eats normally and has regained all the weight she lost when she was so ill.
I heartily recommend this product both for its versatility and its comprehensive nature to heal the colon even from severe imbalance.
It is the only product of which we are aware, that will kill the detrimental bacteria in the colon, while replacing it with beneficial bacteria. It's definitely a win win product!

Thank you for your questions. It sounds like you have a lot going on and are very frustrated. I don’t blame you!
For the h. pylori, consider 1 daily capsule of Saccharomyces Boulardii, which is a beneficial yeast that helps eliminate many pathogenic organisms. Pair that with a high quality probiotic.
The probiotic is very helpful for your gastrointestinal health. The probiotics will also help with the bloating and burping after meals. I recommend you consider taking either Probiota 12 powder (1/4 tsp. for one week and then increase to 1/2 tsp.) or ProBiota 12 capsules (2 capsules) about 10 minutes after dinner.
If you continue to have the negative GI symptoms after using the ProBiota 12 and Saccharomyces Boulardii, then you may be ingesting foods which you should avoid and/or you should be taking digestive enzymes and stomach acid. But we can cross that bridge when we get to it.
Regarding the acne, there are many causes of acne—diet, lifestyle, hormonal, topical products like soaps, lotions, etc. Since it’s impossible for me to know the cause of your acne, the probiotic should help since having a healthy digestive system is critical to having clean skin. Also consider taking some cell salts specific to treating and healing acne. Cell salts are safe and natural. There are several cell salts used to treat and heal acne, including: Silica, Calc Sulph, Kali Sulph. Consider the product Acne – Tissue D, which is formulated for treating acne.
Other cell salts to consider: Cell salt Mag Phos #8 helps with menstrual cramps, and cell salt Nat Phos #10 works as an acid neutralizer and aids indigestion.
Let me know how you are doing and if you have any other questions.
