Gout
Treatment for gout is designed to lower uric acid levels and prevent them from accumulating in the first place. Treatment for gout consists of dietary changes, kidney support, metabolizing uric acid and decreasing pain and inflammation. Limiting deli meats, iron and copper intake, avoiding soda and energy drinks, limiting sugar intake, avoiding high fructose corn syrup are all essential for effective treatment for gout - along with prevention. Intensive exercise, dehydration and diarrhea also predispose someone to gout. Uric acid stones - the cause of pain in gout - can lead to calcium-oxalate stones. Calcium oxalate stones diminish very well with magnesium and vitamin B6 - both of which are found in Magnesium Plus.
To relieve pain, consider a bucket of warm water and another bucket of cold water. Fill the warm water bucket with 1 pound of epsom salt and 1/2 a container of the Moor Mud. Insert your foot for 3 minutes and then remove and place your painful foot into the cold water bucket for 1 minute. Do this three times and end with cold. Do daily to help reduce the pain. Do not make the warm water hot because the toe is already inflamed. After the contrast warm-cold soak, apply castor oil liberally to the toe.
Drinking dark cherry juice - unsweetened - is also useful for treatment of gout. Always seek medical attention for gout as it can become serious.
