    • Hi Karl,

      Thanks for the question!  Regarding the Niacinamide, the capsules time-release formulation slowly secretes niacin into the body, reducing or eliminating the likelihood of flushing for most people.  Flushing often doesn’t happen with nicotinamide, which is the ingredient in this product.  Other strategies for reducing flushing include dosing with meals or at bedtime, and the avoidance of alcohol, hot beverages, spicy foods, and hot baths or showers close to or after dosing.
