Ojio Organic Soy Sauce Alternative is a low-sodium, soy-free seasoning sauce that is often compared to soy sauce in flavor. Soy Sauce Alternative is made from organic coconut nectar and, unlike soy sauce, is low on the glycemic index, has no MSG, and is rich in vitamins, minerals, and amino acids. 

Coconut blossom sap from the coconut tree (Cocos Nucifera) grown and tapped by local farmers in the Phillippines is combined with organic coconut nectar and natural, unrefined sea salt to create an all-purpose seasoning sauce that has a rich depth of flavor with a natural complexity.
