Suggested Use
Two (2) level scoops (1/2 teaspoon, 2.8 g) daily as a dietary supplement. Stir into juice or favorite beverage. Dose may be divided throughout the day. Best when taken with larger meals or as directed by a Doctor.

- Is the folic acid in this formula methylated or not? The label states folic acid as folate. My baby needs to stay away from folic acid due to MTHFR mutation.

I'm glad you asked because Metabolic Maintenance has updated their products, and Healthy Goods is in the process of updating our website's products images and nutrition fact labels. The Pediatric Multi Vitamin Powder is now called Pediatric Custom Vitamin/Mineral Base Powder. The folate in the product is methylated and is the form: 6(S)-5-methylfolate).
