Pharmax HLC Intensive Probiotics

HLC Intensive by Pharmax are powerful probiotics for relief of intestinal health problems. These Human Lactic Commensals (HLC) are human-derived strains including Lactobacillus acidophilus and L. bifidus. HLC Intensive does not contain wheat, gluten, dairy, or casein. HLC Intensive is the highest potency HLC product in a capsule and contains no Fructo-oligosacharides (FOS). Each capsule contains a minimum of 30 billion CFU of L. acidophilus, B. bifidum, B. lactis. Each of the three different strains attach in different areas of the epithelial tissue in the intestinal tract (small and large intestines). This probiotic is a microbial replacement program for the gastrointestinal tract intended for 7 to 14 days depending on the severity of the problem. HLC Intensive contain a substantial increase in potency (double) and no price increase to ensure their effectiveness.

How to take HLC Intensive: It is always best to take probiotics after dinner to ensure their survival through the stomach. HLC Intensive thus is best taken 10 minutes or so after dinner - ideally. But take it when it is best for you.

    I was initially given this probiotic by the Nutritionist that diagnosed me and healed me from my Celiac Disease. I attribute my fast recovery to this product. I noticed a fast difference with this product over others I have tried previously and would recommend this to anyone.

    I was diagnosed with "leaky gut" as a result of a myriad of antibiotics for a mystery infection from travel in Mexico. My Dr. Mark put me on a restricted diet, and the Pharmax brand HLC Intensive capsules (and sells at his office at quite a mark-up, I might add!). His office is further than a local "natural " pharmacy here in Jackson Hole so I tried the Designs for Health, Probiotic Synergy : $8 less and " the same exact ingredients".... Well that was a mistake.

    My system DID NOT do well with the other brand/pills. I later found that the ingredients are not the same. I didn't have the Pharmax bottle with me when I purchased from the "local" less expensive alternative.

    I will be on at least a 3 month course of amoxicillin and there is NO WAY that I would take anything other than the Pharmax HLC Intensive Capsules. AND HealthE Goods price was better than the other online stores I checked. Free shipping over 75 is nice too. Thank you! (Posted on 10/17/12)

    • I have early Lyme Disease and have been reading that the Bb can transmit through breast milk.
