One serving size of DIM-X is 3 capsules, but we recommend starting with one capsule. For some people, it may mean taking one capsule every other day or cycling it so your body can more easily adapt to the toxic load you are managing. If you aren’t having a reaction, increase the dose to two capsules per day, until eventually you are able to take three capsules per day.

But if you are eating a low-fiber diet, you potentially have a huge problem because the intestines don’t have dietary fibers to trap the toxins your liver is dumping into your small intestines! Those toxins end up getting reabsorbed right back through your intestinal walls and into your blood.

High-fiber foods include vegetables, fruit, legumes, lentils, and whole grains with at least 3 grams of fiber per serving.
