ReHydration by Energetix helps support proper water balance. Among the many nutritional needs of the body, water is considered to be the most important, not only because it comprises about 80% of the body but it also helps keep physiology working at peak efficiency. Ironically, most people are chronically dehydrated and therefore cannot absorb the water they need.
Picture a dried up houseplant – if you start watering it, most of the water will pass through the soil unabsorbed, the dehydrated cell faces the same dilemma! That's where ReHydration can help.
ReHydration is an Energetix Drainage and Tonification remedy that reinforces the communication system of the body by supporting the organs associated with fluid balance. Sarcodes for the hypothalamus, adrenals and kidneys have been included in ReHydration to provide the blueprint for restoration. The hypothalamus is responsible for the regulation of water balance and thirst; while the adrenals regulate electrolyte concentrations in the intra and extracellular fluids through aldosterone's relationship with the kidneys to maintain fluid and mineral balance. Taraxacum officinale (Dandelion) has also been included to further improve kidney function. In addition, Coffea cruda (Coffee, unroasted), Hypericum perforatum (St. John's Wort), Serotonin and GABA all support the nervous system by relaxing nervous tension to enhance cellular communication. Lastly, ATP and Germanium both are indicated for metabolic imbalances, while Silicea terra (Flint) is popularly used for weakened connective tissue and stiffness in the back and limbs.
ReHydration may be used to enhance any healing strategy where dehydration and/or fluid imbalance are indicated.

Suggested Use
Add 15 drops per liter of water daily, or take as directed by your healthcare professional.

I love this product, I bought it from a health care provider and wanted to find it online. I am thrilled you have it, now I know I can get it any time. I do not want to be without it. I can tell such a difference from feeling dry to hydrated. It seems everything works better when I use it everyday. It really helps to drink before you travel on a plane. I could tell such a difference and I did not have the normal swelling in my legs that happens in sitting for long periods in flight. Love it. (Posted on 10/17/12)

- I jsut took a 1/2 bottle of the bottle by mistake, please tell me what can happen and what I can do?

Please discuss with your doctor.
Making sure you drink plenty of water is important - to dilute it.
Also you may drink some strong peppermint tea as peppermint can stop the affect of homeopathic remedies. Brushing your teeth with strong peppermint toothpaste is also helpful.
