    I've become a big fan of relax tone. In an effective, but subtle way, it is a breath of fresh air within 30 minutes of taking my drops. I try not to be dependent on anything (too much of anything isn't healthy), but recommend this to reduce day to day stress.

The manufacturer of Relax Tone, Energetix, estimates that there are around 1,200 drops per bottle; therefore, each bottle should last around 20-25 days.
