Need to return or exchange something?

HealthE Goods customers are covered by our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee

If you are not happy with your unused purchase, send it back within 30 days and we will refund the amount of the merchandise ordered. Please note that our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee is for the amount of the merchandise ordered and does not cover any additional expenses related to installation, materials, shipping, etc.

Merchandise must be in original packaging and in resalable condition. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items used items, laboratory tests, books, compact discs, DVD’s, acidophilus, energy bars, and other perishable items.

For all returns and exchanges please note that these will be completed by the end of the next calendar week. For example, if your package was sent here and delivered on a Thursday. We will have your return/exchange ready by the next week.

Please Note : For returns/exchanges you may send the item back to our headquarters and upon receipt we will send your replacement out -OR- You may prepay for the replacement unit to have it shipped out immediately. Upon receipt of the item being returned, we will credit your card for the amount.

Just Follow These Easy Steps:

Step #1: Call us at 1-800-689-8221 or 360-306-8749 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. If you are returning a damaged or defective item and/or want an exchange, we will process your replacement order at this time.

Step #2: Print the RMA number in large, bold print on the outside of the shipping box. This helps us expedite the processing of your return or exchange and allows us to refund your money promptly. If not, a 20% processing fee will apply.

Note: We recommend getting insurance as we cannot be responsible for lost packages or damage that occurs before the package reaches our warehouse. Save your tracking number. This is your proof of return and and allows you to track the status of your return back to our warehouse. Please note that you are responsible for all shipping expenses associated with returning the item(s). All packages returned to our warehouse as “Refused”, “Unclaimed”, or without a RMA #, will be handled according our shipping policy. See “Unclaimed Packages”

Refunds
When we have processed your return, you will receive an email confirmation. In approximately 10 days you will see the transaction on your credit card. The credit will be for the amount of the merchandise ordered less any exceptions (see below). Please note, that we cannot reimburse you for any of the shipping charges associated with your original order.
Clearance Items
We cannot accept returns on Clearance items. The items on clearance are clearly marked in the title with the word "Clearance" and may be noted in the description as well.

Defective or Damaged Product

If a product arrives defective or damaged, HealthE Goods will gladly ship a replacement product to you at no charge. We must be notified within 14 days of shipment date. HealthE Goods will provide a postage-paid shipping label for you to return the defective or damaged product to us. As long as the original product is received in HealthE Goods’s national distribution center within 14 days of issuing the shipping label, you will not be charged for the replacement product.

If you wish to return your defective or damaged item and not receive a replacement, a 25% restocking fee will apply.

Exceptions
  • A 10% restocking fee will be charged for returned items where the item is not damaged or defective.
  • RMA Numbers – A 20% processing fee will be charged for items returned without the RMA number printed on the outside of the shipping package.
  • Shipping costs- Shipping will be charged on returns that received free shipping. Shipping costs will not be refunded on non-deliverable or refused packages.
  • For Returns, you may send the item back and upon receipt we will send your replacement out -OR- You may prepay for the unit and have the unit shipped out the same day, upon receipt of the item being returned, we will credit your card for the amount.
