Vitamin C is one of the best known antoxidants, and for good reason. This antioxidant is needed by the body to strengthen the immune system and to fight diseases such as cancer, diabetes, and autism.
Liposomal Vitamin C
The difference between regular Vitamin C and Optimal Liposomal Vitamin C comes with how the body can absorb them. When a person consumes foods rich in Vitamin C, big amounts are drained in the urine and those being excreted are already useless in the body. However, all contents of Optimal Liposomal Vitamin C are being absorbed through lipsomes that go straight into your blood stream. Liposomes are extremely small substances. In fact, one liposome only has a diameter between 300 and 400 nanometers. Due to its small size, it allows the Vitamin C to be totally absorbed by the body and prevent some contents to be excreted via urine. Optimal Liposomal Vitamin C is not fazed by the plethora of obstacles and resistance thrown up by the digestive system in reaction to Vitamin C tablets. The Vitamin C filled nano-spheres slip right by the enzyme in your saliva, your digestive juices, the bile salts, and other elements that breakdown unprotected Vitamin C. Your body recognizes the liposomes as essential phospholipids and sends them straight to the liver for normal processing.
Supplementing with Optimal Liposomal Vitamin C helps to :
Optimal Liposomal Vitamin C consists of pure natural ingredients supplying your body with only what you need, nothing else :
Optimal Lipsomal Vitamin C by Seeking Health provides natural phosphatidylcholine - not hydrogenated phospholipids. Studies show hydrogenated liposomes significantly increase bad cholesterol levels while natural non-hydrogenated phosphatidylcholine does not.
Liposomal Vitamin C may be an unfamiliar nutrient to many individuals, but this vitamin can provide astounding benefits to one’s health. Optimal Lipsomal Vitamin C goes directly into your bloodstream directly to your liver, making it a fast acting and effective delivery method.

Dr. Ben Lynch, founder and Chief Medical Officer of Seeking Health, is a naturopathic physician. While majoring in Cell and Molecular biology at the University of Washington, Dr. Ben took a trip through the South Pacific and Southeast Asia that changed his outlook on traditional medicine, and his life.
During this trip, Dr. Ben hiked through the forests, mountains and coasts of Tasmania, worked a cattle ranch in the Outback of Australia, and volunteered with Mother Theresa in Calcutta. He lived in Fiji with a family having no electricity or plumbing, experienced the Himalayan Mountains of Northern India, worked a fruit orchard in New Zealand, and returned to America with an impression of a different form of medicine than he had ever experienced with his mainstream medical education.
This profound experience led Dr. Ben to Bastyr University, and he studied the Mind-Body Connection, Environmental Medicine, Functional Medicine, and Epigenetics.
Dr. Ben saw the huge need for people to obtain foundational nutrients, and Seeking Health was born. Without foundational nutrients, biochemical dysfunction occurs and causes symptoms. Doctor after doctor and person after person do not understand the absolute requirement for our bodies to have the tools to maintain function.
“If one supports their bodily systems, especially their digestion and mental health, with pure, highly absorbable, well-formulated nutrients, the ability to remain healthy and vital significantly increases. We want your foundation rock solid and we provide the tools to do so.”
-Dr. Ben Lynch, founder of Seeking Health

I like that this liposomal vitamin C is liquid, it goes down easy and tastes great. I have been taking it for the past couple days and have noticed an increase in my energy. I was feeling a bit ill and after taking 2 shots of this and some rest I feel fantastic! It has a smooth lemon taste. I can take it with or without water with no problems. The vitamin C caps and gel usually make me gag. And I never feel it working. No issues with the Optimal Liposomal Vitamin C. Another plus is that the bottle is small so I can carry it in my purse whenever I need some. I highly recommend.

Lovin it. Refreshing, My kids like it, yaaaa. It is convenient. With the taste now i can just take a swig straight out of the bottle or mix it with water for a lemon aid taste or juice. I even tried in a cocktail, nummy! (Posted on 10/17/12)
Ill admit that when the Liposomal Vitamin C showed up at my house I was weary that it wouldn't meet my standards I had set being a previous user of lypospheric vitamin c. That being said I was amazed with this product only after a few days of use! I really like how easy it is to mix into liquid. It mixes well with anything. The taste is great also! before I would mix my lypo with orange juice to cover up the taste it would leave in my mouth. Now I just use water and if in a rush nothing at all. The lemon taste is actually quite pleasant. after using both products side by side its safe to say that I will be re ordering this product. I recommend this to anyone. (Posted on 10/17/12)
Vitamin C by itself is an antioxidant - and the item is kept in the refridgerator.
The liposomal vitamin C needs to be used within 90 days of opening - or thereabouts - and the recommended dose is 1 tsp daily which makes one bottle last 30 days.
I find that many use the bottle within 30 days quite easily - especially due to the improved taste and ease of use.
I recommend using about 1 tsp of the Optimal Liposomal Vitamin C at a time. If you desire more than this amount - spread it throughout the day as you increase absorption this way.
The Optimal Liposomal Vitamin C has a shelf life of 12 to 18 months unopened and, when opened, approximately 90 days.
It is best to give the Optimal Liposomal Vitamin C about 20 minutes away from any multivitamin or B vitamin complex - or vitamin B12.
Vitamin C taken in excess of 500 mg when combined with vitamin B12 will destroy the vitamin B12.
Also look at what he is taking in terms of food in the evening. Reduce foods high in glutamic acid - especially wheat.
Be sure to give the Kid's Optimal Multivitamin with breakfast and lunch - not past 2 PM.
Also consider giving 1 capsule of Ashwagandha in the morning and one 30 minutes before bed.
Vitamin C will not contradict Vitamin D3 or vice versa. It is best to give the Optimal Liposomal Vitamin C about 20 minutes away from any multivitamin or B vitamin complex - or vitamin B12. Vitamin C taken in excess of 500 mg when combined with vitamin B12 will destroy the vitamin B12.

The non-hydrogenated phosphatidylcholine is derived from tested non-GMO soy.
The liposomal vitamin C is tested soy free.
Though the phosphatidylcholine is derived from tested non-GMO soy, the soy protein content has been tested as not present. This is because phosphatidylcholine is a pure fat. A properly prepared phosphatidylcholine should be free of proteins and ours is tested to be free of the soy protein.
