Free Shipping on all orders over $79

We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $79 to destinations within the 48 contiguous states.  Orders that qualify for free shipping are shipped by our choice of USPS Priority, First Class Mail (when under 13 ounces), or UPS Ground, which we select based on package size, destination and price.

Flat Rate Shipping on Orders Under $79   We offer flat-rate $7.99 Shipping on all orders under $79 to destinations within the 48 contiguous states.  Orders are shipped by our choice of USPS Priority, First Class Mail (when under 13 ounces), or UPS Ground, which we select based on package size, destination and price.

Expedited Shipping  We offer expedited shipping methods - UPS 1-day, 2-day, 3-day and USPS priority mail. Rates are based on package weight and destination.  Shipping rates are displayed on the checkout page, (prior to where you're asked to enter your payment information) so that you can get an exact shipping price before committing to an order. We charge the rate calculated by UPS and USPS plus a minimal handling fee to cover packaging materials and associated shipping weight.

Alaska & Hawaii  Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska is based on the weight of the order and the destination.  Shipping rates are displayed on the checkout page, (prior to where you're asked to enter your payment information) so that you can get an exact shipping price before committing to an order. We charge the rate calculated by UPS and USPS plus a minimal handling fee to cover packaging materials and associated shipping weight.

APO  We support the men and women of the US Military.

International   We now ship to virtually all countries in North America, South America, Central America, the Caribbean and Europe, as well as to Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore, Philippines and Israel via USPS Priority International. Shipping rates are based on package weight and your destination. Shipments to international destinations typically arrive in 7-14 business days (but not guaranteed).  Shipping rates are displayed on the checkout page, (prior to where you're asked to enter your payment information) so that you can get an exact shipping price before committing to an order. We charge the rate calculated by UPS and USPS plus a minimal handling fee to cover packaging materials and associated shipping weight.

Please be advised that your country may charge additional import fees for which Healthy Goods cannot be responsible. Please note that your country may have import restrictions on certain items. We recommend that you research before placing your order. If an item is not allowed into your country, we cannot be responsible for the cost of the product or the shipping. For this reason we do not ship supplements orders to Spain or Germany.

Lost or Stolen Packages   Packages lost or stolen are unfortunately out of our control. We will assist you in trying to locate them, however if they are lost or stolen, we cannot ship you replacement products at no charge. Often if a shipment is missing, it is because someone's neighbor, friend or family member took the package and forgot to tell them.

Unclaimed Packages   We use address validation software to verify shipping addresses. If your package is returned to us as “refused” or “unclaimed “, we will attempt to reach you by the phone number you provided or your email. If we cannot reach you, we will credit back your account less shipping and a standard 20% restocking fee.

Delivery Times

UPS Ground orders placed before 3:00 pm (PST) ship the same business day and are estimated (but not guaranteed) to arrive according to this schedule:

•         Western states: 1-3 business days
•         Midwestern, southern and northern states: 3-5 business days
•         Eastern states: 6-7 business days.

UPS 1-day, 2-day and 3-day are guaranteed delivery services. Orders placed before 3:00 pm (PST) will arrive in the stated number of business days.

US Postal Priority Mail orders placed before 11:00 am (PST) are shipped same day and typically arrive at domestic destinations in 2-4 business days (but not guaranteed). Shipments to international destinations typically arrive in 6-10 business days (again, not guaranteed).

Please note that UPS will not ship to a PO Box. Orders shipped to a PO Box must be shipped by USPS.

Shipment Status

If you've provided a valid email address, you will automatically receive a shipment confirmation email that contains a tracking link. Just click on the link and you'll be taken to the UPS or USPS website where your package’s status is displayed.
