Suggested Use
Three (3) capsules every three to four hours during heavy menstrual blood loss. Up to six (6) capsules may be taken daily for longer-term management, but no longer than 3 months. One capsule daily can be safely taken long-term.

Warnings
Slow Flow contains Vitamin K which interferes with the prescription pharmaceuticals Coumadin and Warfarin. Do not take Slow Flow if taking either of these pharmaceuticals, if pregnant or nursing.
