SEASONAL ALLERGIES: Phytosterols have been shown tosuppress the release of

interleukin 4 (IL-4), resulting in decreased histamine release for morecontrolled

Suggested Use
As a dietary supplement, adults can take one capsule a day, on an empty stomach, one half hour to an hour before a meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
