STRONTIUM SYNERGY contains Calcium, Vitamin D and Vitamin K, nutrients that support bone health. Strontium use is most beneficial when patients are supplemented with adequate Calcium and Vitamin D. The combined administration of these nutrients is essential to achieve the most optimum bone supporting results. People wishing to build strong bones need 1,200-1,500mg of Calcium daily from a combination of diet & supplements. According to the USDA, women 30 to 50 years of age get 720mg of dietary Calcium each day. Thus, it is only necessary to supplement with 500-800mg of Calcium each day.
