- I once saw a foot massager that had no moving shiatsu rollers, just a strong high speed vibration when I put my foot on it. It left tingly/pins and needles feeling, like when your foot is asleep when I removed it. Is this that type of product?
- Exactly what this machine does. You place your feet on the platform and it vibrates with a strong, high speed motion which really gets your circulation going and 'shakes' out the tightness in your feet and calves. Great for bad circulation as well. In health, Dr Ben

- Your web pages states free shipping in the USA but when I order one it adds on shipping..how come?
- I confirmed and this item does have free shipping. When you go to Checkout, it has options for Free Shipping and also paid options should you desire other shipping methods. If you checkout normally - not using Amazon Checkout - it is free shipping. There is a known issue we are trying to resolve with Amazon Checkout as it doesn't pass over the free shipping for some reason. Hopefully solved soon! Thank you
