Thanks for your attention to detail with the phone calls and email... you have amazing customer service !! I apologize for causing the difficulty, but now I am hooked. You have one very cool business -- your website is very well done ... my "EnergyBar purchase" is actually the first in series of "research purchases" for a business idea that I'd like to pursue... After my friends and I consume these, I expect to order a lot more; perhaps you can suggest a broader assortment ... (... besides the business aspect, I need eat better, I've been working with a fitness coach to get back into shape, blah, blah...). I am an 46-year-old engineer who is planning to retire in a year or two so that I can get back into organic farming FULL-TIME again ... see markbruns.com ... mostly I want to focus on a CSA and local farmers mkt, but I would also like to learn everything that I can about supplying the very best organic ingredients for high quality products like the energy bars that you sell. Ben, Just wanted to let you know I got the products I ordered on the 26th today (the 28th). Your customer service is awesome!
