My doctor wanted me to use Miralax 3 times a day but all that did was give me diarrhea and cramps. I started taking Trifal 90 on the advice of a family member and have found it to work very well for me. I've even been able to stop taking my anti spasm drug! (Posted on 11/6/12)

My physicians sent me to an Ayurvedic clinic with IBS. Have been on Trifal and am much better. Found out I had extremely slow digestion/constipation...not IBS. Trifal and diet changes have made a world of difference. (Posted on 10/17/12)
