Allergy Research Group Modified Citrus Pectin is modified using a proprietary process, reducing the molecular weight of the pectin molecule. Each serving provides 5g of pectin. Powdered form is easily mixed or blended into water or smoothies. Modified Citrus Pectin has an average molecular weight of 30kD; pH between 6.0-7.2, and methoxylation not more than 5%.
