We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $49 to destinations within the 48 contiguous states. Orders that qualify for free shipping are shipped by our choice of USPS Priority, First Class Mail (when under 13 ounces), or UPS Ground, which we select based on package size, destination and price.
Estimated business days to delivery: West Coast 1-3 days, Central USA 3-5 days, East Coast 5-7 days.
Flat Rate Shipping on Orders Under $49

We offer expedited shipping methods - UPS 1-day, 2-day, 3-day and USPS priority mail. Rates are based on package weight and destination. We charge the rate calculated by UPS and USPS plus a minimal handling fee to cover packaging materials.
Alaska & Hawaii
We offer flat-rate $9.99 shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. If shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, please give us a call at (800) 689-8221 to place your order over the phone.

We ship to most countries in North America, South America, Central America, the Caribbean, Europe, Asia and Australia via USPS Priority International. Shipping rates are based on package weight and your destination. Shipments to international destinations typically arrive in 7-14 business days (but not guaranteed). Please be advised that your country may charge additional import fees for which Healthy Goods cannot be responsible. Please note that your country may have import restrictions on certain items so we recommend that you research before placing your order. If an item is not allowed into your country, we cannot be responsible for the cost of the product or the shipping. For this reason we do not ship supplements orders to Spain or Germany.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Packages lost or stolen are unfortunately out of our control. We will assist you in trying to locate them, however if they are lost or stolen, we cannot ship you replacement products at no charge. Often if a shipment is missing, it is because someone's neighbor, friend or family member received the package and forgot to tell them.
We use address validation software to verify shipping addresses. If your package is returned to us as “refused” or “unclaimed “, we will attempt to reach you by the phone number you provided or your email. If we cannot reach you, we will credit back your account less shipping and a 20% restocking fee.

If you receive a damaged product, we will gladly replace the product or issue a credit to your account. Photos of damaged product are required to initiate the refund proccess. Click here to report a damaged product.
We gladly accept unopened product returns within 30 days of purchase for a full credit toward future purchases. Shipping charges are not refundable. Product must return in good, re-sellable condition in order for a refund to be granted.
All electric appliances (blenders, juicers, water filters, etc) may be returned within 30 days of purchase. A 15% restocking fee will be assessed. Shipping charges are not refundable. Click here to request a return authorization.
